The returning of the goods and services is one of the phases that neither of the parties involved in a deal would ever like. We could never imagine ending a beautiful relationship with a valuable customer like you under any circumstances. But we value our customer’s interests more than anything else.
It doesn’t matter whether we gain or lose at the end of the deal, the loss of our esteemed customers is something that we will never tolerate in any situation. That is the reason why Attarayurveda offers a 24 hours replacement policy to all its customers who get disappointed with the services or the results in one way or the other. The customer needs to raise the request with our Customer Service Team on 09413178131 with complete details within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).
‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the AttarAyurveda on the AttarAyurveda website.
A return can be requested by a customer when any wrong item is received. In this case, we will replace the wrong product with the actual product.
We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer makes a wrong purchase, AttarAyurveda shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
The following RULES apply to this Policy:
- In the case of any wrong product, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- In case the wrong product is delivered, the customer is expected to ship the product to our warehouse and we will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s choice as soon as possible but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.
- All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
- In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.
- Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of AttarAyurveda.
- Images display along with Products are only for general information purpose and can differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color.
- The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout, AttarAyurveda is not liable for any refund.
All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
