Yes it’s totally safe lajwanti seeds powder when mixed with water/milk usually gets jelly like consistency. That’s how it works in stomach. So some people prefer filling the powder into empty capsules for their convenience. As it’s sticky and jelly like in consistency it’s hard to gulp it down.
