Why should I shop online?
We provide certain rare herbs, spices, and other natural products directly to the consumer which are either hard to find or are not available in the market for them to use.
Payment Deducted but showing cancelled
It is a very rare case, however, it may happen sometime due to network issue between the payment gateway and the bank portal.
I will explain this to you
- When you place an order, we will contact your bank to give us the authorization to charge your account.
- Your bank will reserve the funds, then your account will show as debited.
- We will wait for 15 minutes for your bank to give us the authorization to charge your account.
- If the bank delays the process, our server window will be closed and the payment will be failed.
- Your amount will be stuck in your bank server. Now two things can happen, either the payment will be authorized by our payment gateway while reconciling with the bank or the amount reverted back into your account by your bank within 2-6 business days depending upon the processing cycle of your bank..
Can I use the products available on your online store without any knowledge about them?
Although all products sold on our store, are free from side effects we, however, recommend that you consult all information about the product, its uses and/or its side effects with your doctor before purchasing them.
I need to buy your products in bulk. Do you have any discounted rates for items in bulk?

Are Attar Ayurveda products available abroad/internationally?
Currently, we are available only in India. The company will enter the international markets & start operations in the near future.
Who are the shipping partners of the Attar Ayurveda? How many cities/towns will they cater to?
Our products can be shipped to over 27000 PIN Codes through leading service Providers like Blue Dart, Javas,Ecomm Express,DTDC, Fedex.
The total number of States covered is 36 including 6139 cities.
Attar Ayurveda also has India Post on board as a delivery service provider which now allows us to deliver to over 20,000 PIN codes.
In case your product is shipped via India Post you can expect the delivery in 10-12 days.
If I have placed an order and want to change the shipping address, how can I do so?

Do you have Cash on Delivery as a payment option?
No, COD is not available on the website.

What is the average shipping time for a normal delivery?
Generally, the order is dispatched on the same day when the order is placed and takes around 3-7 working days to order get delivered depending upon your location.
Can I buy an Attar Ayurveda product through the website without registering?
Yes, you can through the Guest Checkout. However, you will have to provide a valid email Id & mobile number for us to process your purchase.
