Return and Refund
The objective of creating this page is to provide our users with the complete peace of mind. The returning of the goods and services is one of the phases that neither of the parties involved in a deal would ever like. We could never imagine ending a beautiful relationship with a valuable customer like you under any circumstances. But we value our customer’s interests more than anything else.
It doesn’t matter whether we gain or lose at the end of the deal, the loss of our esteemed customers is something that we will never tolerate in any situation. That is the reason why Attar Ayurveda offers a 24 hours replacement policy for all its customers who get disappointed with the services or the results in one way or the other. The customer needs to raise the request with our Customer Service Team on 09413178131 with complete details within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).
‘Return‘ is defined as the act of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Attar Ayurveda on the Attar Ayurveda website. A return can be requested by a customer when any wrong item is received. In this case, we will replace the wrong product with the actual product.
We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer makes a wrong purchase, Attar Ayurveda shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
The following RULES apply to this Policy:
- In the case, Any wrong product delivered, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the time of delivery. We will reverse pickup the item and will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer Interests but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.
- In the case of Missing product from the order, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the time of delivery. We will ship the missing part of the order at earliest after confirming the same with our ops team and order packing scans.
- In case, Customer Refuses to accept the order, refund of the order will be processed after deducting a processing fee (min Rs.100). If the processing fees exceeds Rs.100 we will inform you before refunding.
- The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout, Attar Ayurveda is not liable for any return or refund.
- All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.
- The refund/replacement process for any case, will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refund will be credited to the same account by which payment was done.
- Please note: Images display along with Products are only for general information purpose and can slightly differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color as the Natural items do not follow the exact same consistency every time.
