Order Cancellation

All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by Attar Ayurveda (attarayurveda.com):

Attar Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, when necessary due to legitimate operational or business reasons. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-serviceable PIN codes: The delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas.
  • Product availability or quantity restrictions: The ordered product is out of stock, or the requested quantity exceeds the permitted purchase limit.
  • Pricing or product information errors: Inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions, pricing, discounts, or other listing information.
  • Payment or fraud concerns: Issues identified during payment verification, security checks, or fraud prevention procedures.
  • Verification requirements: Additional information or confirmation is required to verify or process the order.

If we need to cancel an order or require additional information before accepting it, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact details provided at checkout. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 84260 21341.

  • Cancellation before dispatch: If the cancellation request is received and approved before the order is dispatched, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellation after dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers are requested to contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, the eligible refund will be processed after deducting a conveyance fee equal to the higher of 10% of the order value or ₹100, subject to applicable law.

For orders returned after dispatch, the refund will be initiated once the returned product(s) have been received at our warehouse and any necessary verification has been completed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
