- Boil it the next morning in the same water for a few minutes
- Allow it to cool and pass it through a sieve
- Your health drink is ready. Have this water before or after breakfast every day.
2. Using Arjun Powder
- Take one tsp of the Arjuna Powder & mix with ½ cup milk & half cup water
- Boil this mixture like you boil tea for 2-3 minutes
- Turn off the gas & keep this covered for 2 minutes
- Drink this as a tea.
- If an individual does not have diabetes then sugar can be added (optional) to this concoction else you can drink it as it is. This can be taken any time of the day – once daily.

Raw Arjun chal is very good. Gave a nice dark pink colour on boiling. Only thing is that some pieces of bark were so big that it is difficult to break them into smaller ones before boiling.
