KADWA INDRAJAU – KADWA INDARJO – INDARJAU TALKH – INDRAJAV
Indrajav Karwa is an ancient ayurvedic herb used to control diabetic level in sugar patients. There are two types of Indrajau available: Sweet and Bitter. Indrajau karwa is bitter in taste and is usually used in treating hyper sugar level.

How to prepare:
- Take equal amounts of Indrajau Kadwa, Almonds (Badam Giri), and Roasted chana (bhuna Huwa chana) and mix them.
- Put the mixture in a grinder and grind them to make a fine powder.
- Once powdered, filter the powder with help of sieve (chalni).
- Store the powder in an air-tight jar.
Dosage:
Take 1 spoon of the prepared powder after meal daily. You need to take this preparation only once a day. This mixture is very beneficial with no reported side effects.
