Though I have bought this but now thinking should I give it to my young age son as he is very health conscious and regular in gym. Can he use the same as suggested at your site. Any side effects ? I will give it to him only after green signal from your side. Thanks in advance.

You can surely start giving the pack to your son as suggested. Also, there are no side effects of this pack as this is a totally herbal pack free from steroids or any harmful chemicals.

Hi, I read somewhere not to consume Ahswangandha / Safed Musli with Lemon. I think that probably relates to Vitamin C content of Lemon. My question is that I usually have my breakfast post workout in the morning and I also take Vitamin C and Viramin E supplements post workout along with Whey protein. So consuming this combo right after my breakfast , will that cause any issues?
Also can this be also consumed at night time before going to bed and along with Milk and Haldi ( Turmeric ) ?

The taste is bland but the herbs are awesome. I work out regularly at the gym and after consuming this, I can see the difference. I am not as tired as I used to be and my body recovers very well after each workout session. I am even able to lift heavy.
