Procedure:
- Take 100 grams of Almonds, 100 grams of Fennel seeds, 20 grams of White Pepper and 1 piece of Kuja Mishri.
- Powder all the ingredients separately.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients thoroughly.
- Store in an air-tight glass container. The mixture is suggested to be used within one month of its preparation.
Dosage:
One tablespoon of the prepared formulation should be consumed with lukewarm milk or water in the morning.
