Almonds and fennel seeds help to improve your eyesight significantly. This is the tremendous remedial combination with Kuja Mishri (Rock Sugar). Anyone can try this remedial mixture to improve your eyesight.
- Almonds (Badam Giri)
- Large Fennel or Fennel Seeds (Sounf).
- Rock Sugar (Kuja Mishri)
Method of preparation: Take equal amounts of Almonds, large fennel (fennel seeds) and Rock sugar (Kuja Mishri) and grind all of them to make a fine powder. For example, if you take 100 gram of almond then also take 200 grams of fennel seeds and 100 grams of Kuja Mishri (approximately 1 piece). Now, store the powder in a glass vessel or in a plastic container. The remedy is ready to use. This prepared mixture is suggested to be used within one month from the date of preparation.
Dosage: Consume 10 grams of this mixture with 250 ml of milk either in the morning or every night before you go to sleep. Continuous use of this remedy for 40 days will result in improved eye vision. This remedy also cures weakness of mind, twisted mind, and amnesia.
Precautions: Minors should be given 2 – 5 grams of this remedy according to their age. To attain maximum benefit of this remedy, you should not drink water for two hours after consumption of the preparation.

This Kuja Mishra is beneficial for eyesight. I used it earlier as well for my kid and now I moved to Canada and specially ordered the same one from attar ayurveda as I was not able to find this here. Most important one packet with 6 pieces can be used for 9 months to 1 year and they have eyesight package as well which have fennel seeds and almonds where you don’t need to think about quantity of the mixture, ready package.
