KASHMIRI LAHSUN also known as Snow Mountain Garlic or Ek Pothi Lahsun or Allium Sativum, is one of the most potent and popular herbs having abundant medicinal properties. Snow Mountain Garlic is obtained from the non-polluted mountains in the Himalaya, (whereas, normal garlic is grown below ground level and comes from the soil that might be contaminated by chemicals, pesticides, industrial pollutants, contaminated river, and groundwater and air). Normal garlic is difficult to be consumed in the raw/whole form because of its acidic characteristics. Kashmiri Lahsun is pleasing and easily consumed. It does not harm your stomach and/or intestines. In fact, it improves the metabolism of our intestines according to research.

How to use Kashmiri Lahsun?

Peel 2-3 pods of Kashmiri garlic and consume it on an empty stomach, or as directed by the physician. Drink 2 glass of mild cold water after eating Lahsun.
