How to prepare:
- Take equal amounts of
IndrajauKadwa, Almonds (Badam Giri), and Roasted chana (bhuna Huwa chana) and mix them.
- Put the mixture in a grinder and grind them to make a fine powder.
- Once powdered, filter the powder with
helpof sieve (chalni).
- Store the powder in an air-tight jar.
Take 1 spoon of the prepared powder after meal daily. You need to take this preparation only once a day. This mixture is very beneficial with no reported side effects.
You will see the difference within a few days of its regular consumption.
