Home remedies for common digestive disorders

Polluted water and improper food habits results in many kind of diseases. Have a look to some home remedies which can be beneficial in few diseases.

Diarrhea

  • Mix one teaspoon sugar with a teaspoon lemon juice and a pinch of salt in one glass of cooled hot water. Drink this mixture 5-6 time a day. This will be beneficial for Diarrhea.
  • Mix 100 grams curd with ½ tsp. Isabgol Bhussi (Psyllium Husk). Add two pinches of turmeric to it. Take above mixture 3-4 times a day, this will cure diarrhea.

Cholera

  • Take a glass of lemon water and add a pinch of salt. Drink this water at regular interval to rehydrate your body.
  • Mix half cup of onion juice with a tablespoon of Mint leaves juice (Pudina ka ras). Take above mixture 2-2 tablespoon 5-7 times a day

Vomiting

  • Take Buttermilk and add roasted Hing (भुनी हुई  हींग) and salt into it and drink it. It benefits in vomiting
  • Drinking coconut water also stops vomiting

Knee Joint Pain

  • Take 250 ml milk and add 5-6 kali of Garlic into it and allow it to boil. Drink it Luke warm (गुनगुना) .
