How to Use:

Hingvashtak churna (powder) is mixed with a little ghee (clarified butter) and taken with the first bolus of food, two times a day.

Precautions

Since it contains salt, people with high BP, and kidney related diseases should take care.

  4. Now mix the mixture of powdered medicines we prepared in step 1 with the mixture prepared in step 3.
  5. Now add Coconut powder in it.
  6. You can also mix Badam(Almonds), Kaju(cashews), Kishmish(rasins) as per your taste.
  7. Now bind laddu of above mixture with your hands. Keep size appropriate, not too big, not too small.(Approx 25-35 grams each)

How to Use:

Age less than 15 or more than 75: 1 laddu every morning in breakfast

Else: 2 laddu’s every morning in breakfast

Take milk along with these laddu’s for maximum results.




Precautions:

These laddu’s are of hot nature and hence take more time to digest, so it is advised that pregnant women shouldn’t consume them.

Avoid sour, fried as well as non-fibrous eatables while consuming them.

Before going to sleep apply this paste on your knee and tie a crack bandage or some old piece of cloth. Leave this overnight and wash it in morning with normal water.

Dried ginger (सौठ ) paste

Take one teaspoon of dried ginger powder and add sesame oil (तिल का तेल) and make a paste

  • 1-1:30 P.M –  Take Lunch which should contain vegetable or pulses, 3 chapatti, curd and salad.
  • 4 P.M – 1 cup green tea or lemon tea and biscuits
  • 5:30 P.M – One fruit, Coconut water, Lemon water or juice.
  • 7:30 – 8:00 P.M – Take dinner which should consist pulses or green vegetables, 2 chapatti and salad.

Diarrhea

  • Mix one teaspoon sugar with a teaspoon lemon juice and a pinch of salt in one glass of cooled hot water. Drink this mixture 5-6 time a day. This will be beneficial for Diarrhea.
  • Mix 100 grams curd with ½ tsp. Isabgol Bhussi (Psyllium Husk). Add two pinches of turmeric to it. Take above mixture 3-4 times a day, this will cure diarrhea.

Cholera

  • Take a glass of lemon water and add a pinch of salt. Drink this water at regular interval to rehydrate your body.
  • Mix half cup of onion juice with a tablespoon of Mint leaves juice (Pudina ka ras). Take above mixture 2-2 tablespoon 5-7 times a day

Vomiting

  • Take Buttermilk and add roasted Hing (भुनी हुई  हींग) and salt into it and drink it. It benefits in vomiting
  • Drinking coconut water also stops vomiting

Knee Joint Pain

  • Take 250 ml milk and add 5-6 kali of Garlic into it and allow it to boil. Drink it Luke warm (गुनगुना) .
